marketing created hoo-ha

it's not like they couldn't have tested their order system to handle a huge load demand - they just wanted it to crash to create news and hype it's product more.

and hell, they could have even shipped enough product to their stores to supply the demand they knew they'd have but it's more newsworthy for everyone to point out they they're "sold out".

I was one of those who waited in line to by a Blackbery Storm and got one. They are a very strong competitor to the iPhone, and frankly, better in my ways. Bias?
