Flash support coming to Google phones, but what about the iPhone?

Adobe is showing off support for Flash on the T-Mobile G1 (Google Android) platform at its MAX event in San Francisco this week:

This news comes on top of the fact Flash is now supported on Windows Mobile devices. Good to see Flash, which is ubiquitous on the desktop, finally landing on the mobile platforms. (Yes, there's only one Google phone at the moment, but you know more are coming.) But, the big question is when will Flash be supported on the iPhone? Adobe CTO Kevin Lynch says the company is working on it, but obviously there not ready to show anything off at this point, or the company would during the MAX event.

Of all the platforms, the iPhone has the best browser by far, it's just missing that Flash support. Would be good to see Apple and Adobe work together on this to hasten the arrival of Flash on the iPhone, making the browser experience that much more complete.
