Thanks for the tip. I had included a slide on Scrutinizer in a slideshow earlier this year. http://www.networkworld.com/slideshows/2008/041608-20-free-software-favorites.html But I am always looking for more free or low-cost tools for network management.
Useful Free Tool
pt360 Tool Suite from PacketTrap Network. The free version has ping tools, TFTP Server, Trace Route and other utilities that are all integrated together. We actually use the PRO version but the free tool is a great to have in the back pocket.

NetFlow Amalyzer (http://www.netflowanalyzer.com)has a free edition NetFlow reporting tool. It has the capability to store historic data .. forever. you might wanna check it out.
