I believe you're both right

Oracle did indeed acquire Oblix (not Netegrity) which became their Access Manager product. Amit was the VP of Product Management for Netegrity. I believe he joined CA for a few months after they acquired Netegrity and then headed over to Oracle.

Methinks Dave should clarify that paragraph :-)
