The time of SCO's demise cannot be guestimated by looking at their current financial situation or how badly they are losing in court. Several times in the past SCO's own personal PIPE Fairy has resuscitated SCO from near death experiences. SCO will not die until the PIPE Fairy stops resuscitating SCO. When that will be is known only to the PIPE Fairy.

If John Duffy is right (http://www.patentlyo.com/patent/2008/07/the-death-of-go.html), SCO may not have many claims left to base lawsuits on before long.
SCO needs to just go away completely..
I've been saying the same thing all along from the beginning. Since they weren't doing jack and were continually going downhill, they get $ signs in their eyes and go for a big score.. Rather than trying to make money the old-fashioned way (by earning it) they do what all the other lazy, greedy people do. They look for a free lunch. Sadly I have a sister who's the same way. Always sue happy trying to get something for nothing. They were headed down the toilet a long time ago when they ousted Ransom Love way back in the day.
