Worst Practice Example

One guy has the keys to the kingdom. That is nutty and an example of worst practices in network management. As a manager of a larger network than City of SF, we use Cisco ACS to manage access to the Cisco network. Passwords are known to all the technical staff responsible for supporting the Cisco network. The ACS server has an admin and a back up admin. Like the previous commentor said, he proved his bosses were morons.
